As a Senior Engineering Manager focused on AWS and Snowflake, you will lead a high-caliber data engineering team responsible for building and maintaining scalable data solutions that handle millions of transactions daily. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive global business decisions. Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of data engineers responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the company's data infrastructure and data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand their data needs and ensure the data engineering solutions meet those requirements. Develop and implement strategies, best practices, and standards for data engineering, including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and data governance. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and availability Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the data engineering team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 5+ years in data engineering roles, with a proven track record of leading and managing data engineering teams. Effective communication skills anddrive tomentorteam members. 3+ years of professional experience with managing engineers. 3+ years of professional experience with complex SQL queries. 2+ years of professional experience with AWS.
