Overview Senior Recruiting Manager at The Nagler Group — Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Pay: $30–$35/hour. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr. This range is provided by The Nagler Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Assist with monthly accounts receivable and HR tasks, including credentialing clinical staff. Support billing, benefits administration, and database management. Manage and maintain departmental systems. Track data, process payments, and reconcile claims. Provide general office support and organization. Answer and direct phone calls; collect and verify patient information. Welcome and assist patients and visitors. Scan, fax, and organize documents and files. Schedule and update appointments. Support clinicians and administrative leadership. Provide basic technology support (phones, servers, etc.). Accounting & Finance Handle all financial transactions, including bill payments, client invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and management reporting. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and reporting to senior leadership. Human Resources Apply knowledge of HR guidelines, staff policies, and compliance requirements. Manage HR functions including credentialing clinicians with insurance providers, onboarding, health/dental insurance enrollment and removals, and COBRA compliance. Oversee and monitor billing processes, including clients sent to collections.
