This is a collaboration project where you can develop the experience to be a video game developer through the use of innovative technology and methodology of development. If you are looking to paid an immediate income, this may not be position for you. However, if you are looking to learn game development and gain work experience, this is a position for you. I would want to highlight this by saying there is potential for salary work if this company secures funding from either investors through patrons or crowdfunding programs. You also should not rule out the possibility of revenue share from profit derived from the release of the game.
Skills required:
You should apply only if you want to develop a skill in the technological field of game development. You will be working with technology as game engine, programming, and 3d modeling and animation. Apply only if you want to develop these skill through the learning process.
