Overview An employer is looking to hire a User Experience Research Operations Manager to support a project for process optimization, tool and artifact management, operations and metrics, as well as advocacy and education. This person will be responsible for deploying and managing these services related to a variety of critical customer experience marketing requirements. The project includes research process infrastructure, repository setup, operations framework, training and enablement program, governance and compliance.
