Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Pharmacy Manager position is available at a well-established retail pharmacy location in Gouverneur, NY. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a passion for leadership and patient-centered care. The pharmacy manager will oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with federal, state, and pany regulations while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
• Manage the pharmacy operations to achieve financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and third-party administration.
• Lead pharmacy support personnel by providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory pliance and timely pletion of required pany training by all pharmacy staff.
• Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug use, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
• Maintain and participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety.
• Uphold clean, organized workstations and pharmacy areas in accordance with legal and pany standards.
• plete continuing education as mandated by state law.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid New York State Pharmacist License.
• Immunization certification with confidence in administering all vaccinesthis is a must.
• Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and munication skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
