Job Description

Position OverviewWomens March is hiring a full-time Network Organizer to lead and deepen our national grassroots network. We are seeking someone with extensive experience building relationships and networks at scale, who is deeply aligned with our values of anti-racism, intersectional feminism, and collective liberation.Womens March builds the feminist movement by equipping everyday women with the tools and resources to create formations in their own communities. The Network Organizer will design these tools, deliver trainings, and build infrastructure that supports and connects local leaders nationwide. The role requires comfort working across diverse geographies, backgrounds, and identities, and is central to strengthening our distributed organizing model.This position reports to the Chief Political & Strategy Officer and works closely with program, digital, and field staff as part of the Program Team.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development & TrainingDevelop and maintain high-quality curricula, toolkits, and playbooks.Design and deliver trainings for grassroots leaders, volunteers, and community members.Network Building & OrganizingLead network organizing strategies, including Feminist Mutual Aid and Womens Protection Teams.Build and deepen relationships with local organizers, activists, and community leaders.Actively engage grassroots leaders on platforms like Slack, Discord, and other online spaces.Strategy & CollaborationDevelop and implement innovative distributed organizing projects to expand the network.Collaborate across digital, political, and field teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Support both long-term infrastructure building and rapid-response mobilizations.Evaluation & LearningTrack and analyze organizer engagement, retention, and feedback.Use data and insights to strengthen organizing systems and inform strategy.Qualifications5+ years of experience in organizing, campaigns, or movement-building, preferably in distributed or volunteer-led structures.Demonstrated success managing relationships with grassroots leaders and volunteer bases.Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and community-building skills.Highly organized and able to manage complex projects across multiple geographies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Deep commitment to anti-racism, intersectional feminism, and collective liberation.Familiarity with digital tools such as Mobilize, Zoom, Slack, Discord, Facebook, or organizing CRMs is a plus.Experience balancing long-term capacity building with short-term rapid-response organizing is highly valued.Work Environment & ReportingThis is a remote position with flexible work hours.Some travel required (approx. 35 trips per year).Reports directly to the Chief Political & Strategy Officer.Equal Opportunity StatementWomens March is an equal opportunity employer.
