• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through employee orientation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or related fields; sales experience is a plus.
