Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices through a paperless system
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements, resolving any discrepancies
• Enter weekly timesheets for 70+ employees
• Perform weekly billing entries
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
• Process employee expense reports
• Support the accounting team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation practices
• Ability to establish and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Proficiency with office equipment and MS Office Suite (Excel and Word in particular)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
