We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Banking Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day operational functions of the bank, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various back-office processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of banking procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily banking transactions including deposits, wire transfers, payments, and settlements.
• Assist with account maintenance, data entry, and record keeping.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support the onboarding and servicing of clients by coordinating account documentation and operational needs.
• Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, finance, and client services to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of core banking systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
