Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation and controls projects. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and a passion for smart building technologies, looking to grow their career in project management. This position will be directly supporting the Project Manager.

• Assist in managing building automation and controls projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Participate in site visits, commissioning activities, and client meetings.
• Provide regular status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction Commercial Project Management experience
• Excellent communication to communicate with different teams and stakeholders
