Administrative Assistant – Nonprofit (Mission-Driven Role)
Dania Beach, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire | $25/hr

Are you an organized, proactive professional looking to contribute to a meaningful cause? We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to creating positive impact in our community.

In this dynamic role, you’ll do more than handle scheduling and emails—you’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, supporting everything from marketing and events to office management and donor outreach.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide executive and administrative support to leadership and staff
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and donor communications
• Support social media and email marketing initiatives
• Manage office supplies, filing systems, and day-to-day operations
• Pitch in across departments—this is a hands-on, team-focused role

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in administrative support and office management
• Experience with marketing or social media tools is a plus
• Highly organized, flexible, and solutions-oriented
• A team player with a genuine interest in supporting a nonprofit mission
