Join a dynamic and forward-thinking company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon that is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking ​an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team! This role will also serve as a key liaison with an accounting partner is Spain, requiring fluency in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience with excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, growth-oriented and eager to expand accounting knowledge and responsibilities. ​

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the company.
• Experience with Account Reconciliations
• Experience checking the accuracy of business transactions, ensuring the compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist the CFO in reviewing financial reports
• Prepare and organize local tax documentation with guidance
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in AR and AP functions
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience working with Sage is preferred but not required
